Description

First things first: this is not a Mech suit... This aluminum motion capture frame was used in research and development of Ugobe's robotic dinosaur, Pleo.

Basically it's a "human size" model with switches and potentiometers attached to the feet and joints of the assembly. These simple sensors, located at various points, were hardwired to terminals to be used as analog signal data for development of Pleo's movements. Low tech but cool never-the-less.

The yellow scaffolding is included with purchase, as shown in the bottom series of photos.
